Family Nurse Practitioner The Provider is responsible for delivering high‑quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient encounters. Lead clinic staff members (e.g., X‑ray technologists, nurses, front‑office specialists) to deliver excellent patient care. Perform all duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description. Review patients’ medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications, and ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Work collaboratively with clinical leadership and management to resolve patient care concerns. Complete patient charts accurately and timely, forwarding charts as required. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret histories, physical findings, diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on acute and chronic conditions. Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and complete E/M training. Perform responsibilities in accordance with standard NP protocols and maintain compliance training. Adhere to the company’s core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Recommend improvements for clinic and telehealth processes. Communicate regularly within the team to support patient care. Welcome and orient new employees, facilitate introductions, and support onboarding training. Maintain a positive work atmosphere through friendly, cordial relationships with customers, co‑workers, and managers. Perform the physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required by the position. Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and other health information management requirements. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Have preferred experience working as a telehealth clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Full‑time employees must work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Ancillary providers are responsible for periodic on‑call duty throughout the year. Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner. Level 2: Nurse practitioner with >1 year and Level 3: Nurse practitioner with >5 years and Level 4: Nurse practitioner with >10 years of experience. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, family medical practice). Active and verifiable nurse practitioner license and DEA authorization. DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers, obtained within 120 days of employment. Capability to treat patients of all ages. Must meet any additional credentialing requirements necessary for the role. Compliance with all mandatory company compliance training.
