Compensation:

$75,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process

• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

• Show homes and guide buyers through the purchasing process

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts

• Prospect and build your personal book of business

• Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM

• Participate in team training, coaching, and sales meetings

• Develop strong knowledge of the Houston real estate market

• Provide an exceptional client experience from first conversation through closing

• Work toward completing 15 to 50+ transactions annually

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Real Estate License

• Full-time commitment to building your real estate business

• New and experienced agents are welcome

• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems

• Competitive, positive, and self-motivated

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable prospecting and following up with leads

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Willing to work evenings and weekends when clients require it

• Desire to grow your income, skills, and personal brand
