Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real property transactions, including conducting property showings, listing presentations, and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, managing leads, coordinating property marketing, preparing contracts, and guiding clients through pricing, offers, inspections, and closing. The agent will perform market research, analyze local trends, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and best practices. The role also involves consistent client communication, collaboration with internal team members, and coordination with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state of Texas and a solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate transaction skills, including experience with buying, selling, leasing, and property marketing. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with Houston-area market trends, proficiency with MLS and real estate CRM tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
