Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in their homes, encompassing comprehensive medical history evaluations and physical examinations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
