Work Environment

As part of our onsite team, you will primarily operate in a supportive clinic setting that emphasizes collaboration and accessible healthcare. The position involves a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, ensuring work-life balance while maintaining high standards in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously obtain detailed patient medical histories to understand various health issues.
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic illnesses effectively, integrating evidence-based practices into your clinical approach.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, considering the unique circumstances and needs of each patient.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide comprehensive patient education regarding disease prevention strategies and effective management of chronic pain, empowering patients to take active roles in their health.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care that improves outcomes and enhances service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, following best practices to safeguard patient information and comply with legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists of individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions, including but not limited to arthritis, fibromyalgia, and post-surgical pain. You will work with a diverse demographic, ranging from young adults to seniors, each requiring tailored approaches to pain management. The emphasis is on improving the quality of life for our patients while minimizing their discomfort.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and active Registered Nurse Licensure.
• A Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner studies.
• A minimum of two years of experience in pain management or related physical examination roles.
• Excellent clinical skills combined with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficient at working independently and as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are essential.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. Additionally, expertise in alternative pain management therapies, such as acupuncture or physical therapy, may enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits
