Production Planner

Production Planner (Pipe Yard Operations) We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to support daily operations within a busy pipe yard. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, on‑time processing, and smooth operational performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long‑term production schedules Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure efficient movement of materials Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines Communicate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to resolve delays or bottlenecks Track inventory levels and ensure materials are available for scheduled work Prepare reports on production status, capacity, and performance Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize workflow and reduce downtime Requirements Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations (pipe yard or industrial environment preferred) Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to analyze data and adjust plans quickly Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production systems Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail PPE #J-18808-Ljbffr
