Account Specialist - Sparks
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Account Specialist to work with a leading logistics company in Sparks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing client relationships and coordinating complex logistics operations.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
- 22.50 USD hourly
- How many years of experience do you have in account management within a logistics setting? Please explain.
- Are you proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel?
- Do you have experience tracking order fulfillment? If so, please explain.
- Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
- Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods.
- Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to ensure effective communication.
- Manage inbound and outbound demand while coordinating with fleet and brokerage services.
- Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks.
- Maintain and update documented standard operating procedures specific to your assigned clients.
