Customer Service Representative / Bilingual Strongly Preferred / Tuesday-Saturday schedule

Location: Westchase, 33626

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm

Pay: $16-$20/HR based on experience

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support one of our Tampa-based clients in the consumer financing industry. This role serves as the first point of contact for dealers and customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience. This is an on-site position with opportunities for long-term growth. Training provided.

• Communicate with dealers and customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries - training provided

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry for customer and financing information

• Assist customers in English and Spanish (bilingual skills are a strong plus)

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-first approach in all interactions

• Follow company procedures for handling inquiries, escalations, and complaint resolution

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely issue resolution

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions to support sales goals

• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

• Ability to navigate computer systems and perform data entry with accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a strong advantage

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a positive attitude
