Work Designation What You’ll Do As an Aflac Insurance Agent, you’ll work directly with business owners and HR teams to design supplemental insurance programs that protect employees from the unexpected expenses traditional health insurance doesn’t cover. You’ll have the independence to build lasting client relationships and recurring income streams — while helping businesses and their employees achieve real financial security.
