Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, competitive Business Insurance Sales Producer focused on generating new commercial auto and business insurance customers.

This is primarily a phone sales and production position . The successful candidate must be comfortable prospecting business owners, making outbound calls, developing relationships, identifying insurance opportunities, following up consistently, and asking for the sale.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound sales calls to business owners and prospects.
• Generate and develop new commercial insurance opportunities.
• Sell Commercial Auto, Business, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and related insurance products.
• Gather accurate information and identify underwriting concerns.
• Present coverage and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the business.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow up on prospects and quotes.
• Develop long-term relationships with commercial customers.
• Meet established production and sales activity goals.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate enjoys talking with business owners, is comfortable cold calling, has a strong desire to win, handles rejection well, takes ownership of results, and does not require constant supervision to remain productive.

Insurance experience is preferred, but proven sales ability, work ethic, competitiveness, and coachability are equally important .

Success in this position is measured by quality new business production—not simply activity.
