En tant que responsable des solutions techniques pour un territoire (TSE), vous êtes l'un des principaux facteurs de réussite des ventes mondiales dans le secteur de la construction. Notre mission est de transformer l'industrie de la construction. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les responsables commerciaux territoriaux AMER afin d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires en démontrant que la plateforme Autodesk permet de relever les défis de nos clients. Issu du secteur de l'AEC, vous mettrez à profit votre expérience pour établir des relations avec nos clients, identifier et découvrir leurs besoins, élaborer une stratégie et démontrer la valeur ajoutée de nos produits. Votre objectif est de bien comprendre l'environnement, les défis et les exigences des clients et de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs à l'aide de la plateforme Autodesk. Vous développerez également des partenariats à long terme avec vos clients et les membres de votre équipe interne, tout en faisant partie d'une organisation commerciale technique dynamique et conviviale. Il s'agit d'un poste à distance. Vous devrez être basé dans la moitié est des États-Unis. Vous serez rattaché au responsable des ventes techniques.
Responsabilités
Collaboration avec les commerciaux
Collaborer avec les responsables commerciaux de la région AMER afin de conclure de nouveaux contrats et de développer les comptes existants
Travailler au sein d'une équipe composée de l'ensemble de l'équipe commerciale Autodesk
Utiliser des méthodologies de vente standard et participer aux réunions trimestrielles sur les résultats commerciaux et aux briefings de la direction
Planification de l'expansion
Élaborer un plan d'expansion technique afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires d'Autodesk pour les clients de la région, en fonction des initiatives commerciales identifiées et des recommandations de l'équipe commerciale Autodesk
Vous élaborerez une stratégie réalisable pour prouver que la solution Autodesk Construction Cloud est en mesure de répondre aux exigences techniques nécessaires pour satisfaire les attentes des clients
Gestion de la relation client
Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des processus métier, des workflows et des exigences techniques de vos clients afin d'établir des relations de confiance
Assurer une transition fluide entre les équipes avant-vente et adoption/déploiement, et démontrer votre expertise afin de différencier Autodesk en tant que fournisseur de solutions à long terme
Découverte technique, positionnement et démonstration de la solution
En collaboration avec les clients et les responsables de compte, vous assurerez la conclusion commerciale et technique des solutions au sein d'Autodesk Construction Cloud
Vous développerez un territoire de vente, en attirant et en stimulant de nouvelles affaires selon un plan stratégique
Vous gérerez les évaluations techniques, définirez l'architecture des solutions, faciliterez les démonstrations de produits et consulterez les responsables de compte
Fournir des conseils aux clients sur les questions stratégiques relatives aux produits afin de maximiser leur satisfaction et le chiffre d'affaires. En outre, vous documenterez les points faibles quantifiables, les critères de décision et les indicateurs dans Salesforce et d'autres logiciels
Participer à la découverte technique avec les responsables commerciaux concernés en fonction de la taille ou de la complexité de l'opportunité
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales internationales afin de positionner les solutions Autodesk Construction Cloud de manière à obtenir des résultats favorables pour les clients
Travailler avec les équipes chargées des partenariats et des services techniques sur l'intégration de workflows personnalisés grâce à la découverte avec les commerciaux et les clients
Collaboration
Établir des relations avec l'équipe commerciale et collaborer avec plusieurs ressources commerciales
Coordonner les équipes de déploiement, le marketing et les « centres d'excellence » produits afin de mettre en œuvre les solutions et de garantir la satisfaction des clients et la conclusion des contrats
Leadership interne
Partager les meilleures pratiques, les informations sur la concurrence et l'expertise au sein de l'organisation commerciale
Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour les interventions stratégiques
Encadrer les nouveaux TSE, animer des sessions en interne pour atteindre les objectifs et organiser des ateliers sur la stratégie produit
Participer à des associations professionnelles
Qualifications minimales requises
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'AEC
Expérience en tant que contremaître, chef de projet, surintendant ou équivalent
Expérience avec la technologie SaaS et la vente
Expert en technologie capable de simplifier facilement des flux de travail/solutions complexes pour plusieurs publics AEC
Jusqu'à 30 % de déplacements pour des réunions chez les clients et des réunions internes ADSK

Position Overview
As a Territory Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), we are one of the main factors of success for Worldwide Construction Sales. Our mission is to transform the construction industry. You will partner with AMER Territory Sales Executives to increase revenue by proving our customer's challenges can be met by the Autodesk platform. Coming from the AEC industry, you will use your experience to connect with our customers, identify and uncover their needs, develop a strategy, and prove value. Your goal is to gain a clear understanding of a customer's environment, challenges, and requirements and help achieve their goals using the Autodesk platform. You will also develop long-term partnerships within your accounts and your internal extended team members, all while being a part of a fun-loving technical sales organization. This is remote role. You will need to be located in the Eastern half of the United States. You will report to the manager of technical sales.
Responsibilities
Account Sales Collaboration
Work with AMER Territory Sales Executives to close new business and expand existing accounts.
Work within a team environment consisting of the entire Autodesk account team
Use standard sales methodologies and participate in account QBRs and executive briefings
Expansion Planning
Develop a technical expansion plan to meet Autodesk's revenue goals for Territory customers according to identified customer business initiatives, and the Autodesk account team
You will develop an achievable strategy to prove that the Autodesk Construction Cloud can deliver the technical requirements needed to satisfy the customer's positive outcomes
Customer Relationship Management
Gain knowledge of your customer's business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to establish trusted advisor relationships
Ensure smooth handoffs between the pre-sales and adoption/deployment teams, demonstrate expertise to differentiate Autodesk as a long-term solution provider.
Technical Discovery, Positioning and Demonstrating Solution
Collaborating with customers and account executives, you will secure business and technical closure of solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud
Develop a sales territory, attracting and driving new business following a strategic territory plan.
Manage technical evaluations, defining solutions architecture, facilitating product demonstrations, and consulting with account executives
Provide guidance to customers on strategic product issues to maximize satisfaction and revenue. Additionally, you will document quantifiable pain points, decision criteria, and metrics in Salesforce and other software
Participate in technical discovery with aligned sales account executives based on opportunity size or complexity
Collaborate with global territory sales to position Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions for favorable customer outcomes
Work with partnerships and technical services teams on integrations for custom workflows through discovery with sales and the customer
Collaboration
Build relationships with the sales team and collaborate with multiple business resources
Coordinate with deployment teams, marketing, and product "centers of excellence" to implement solutions and ensure customer satisfaction and business closure
Internal Leadership
Share best practices, competitive information, and expertise within the sales organization.
Collaborate with the marketing team for strategic speaking engagements
Mentor new TSEs, lead sessions internally to address goals, and conduct product strategy workshops
Participate in professional associations
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
5+ years of experience in the AEC industry
Foreman, Project Manager, Superintendent or equivalent experience
Experience with SaaS Technology and Sales
A technology expert who can easily distill complex workflows / solutions for several AEC audiences
Up to 30% travel for customer onsite meetings, and internal ADSK meetings
