Sr Account Executive, Ads Global (Sales Plan)

By leveraging marketplace insights, you'll identify, cultivate, and close a pipeline of new opportunities to expand Uber's footprint. Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. Proven track record working directly with advertisers, top-tier agencies, or major enterprise clients. Domain Expertise: Direct, hands‑on experience in video sales and digital media strategy. Preferred Qualifications Vertical Knowledge: Deep experience selling video solutions to major Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Casual Dining brands, with a sharp eye for managing brand safety and frequency. Executive Presence: A proven knack for navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing C‑suite executives. Media Fluency: Advanced knowledge of the video media landscape, including upfront agreements, media planning, campaign management, and advanced measurement (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, sales lift, and conversion lift). Platform Savvy: Familiarity with Uber Ad Solutions (or comparable retail media networks) and cutting‑edge video tech, including AI-powered performance video and Connected TV (CTV).
