This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist whois excited about providing comprehensive patient care, expanding their clinicalskill set, and helping grow in-house services. The practice is expanding provider hours and growingits in-house clinical services, creating an opportunity for the Associate Dentistto broaden their scope of practice. Schedule: Full-Time | Monday, Wednesday, Friday |Every other Saturday preferred What You’ll Do Providesame-day treatments as needed Perform: Invisalignand other orthodontic procedures Endodonticand advanced dental procedures Implantplacement and extractions, as appropriate Createtreatment plans, educate patients and build lasting relationships Workindependently and collaboratively with the dental team to expand in-houseprocedures Maintaina welcoming, patient-centered experience What We’re Looking For Doctorof Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree Activedental license in Connecticut 2+years of dental experience preferred Stronggeneral dentistry and clinical skills Experiencewith or interest in Invisalign, endodontics, implants, and extractions preferred Strongcommunication and patient relationship skills Abilityto work independently and collaboratively Commitmentto patient-centered care and clinical excellence Friendly,approachable, motivated, and eager to grow What You Can Expect Mentorshipand training available, with a strong emphasis on independent practice Collaborativeand supportive team environment Additionalteam support provided as needed Opportunitiesto expand clinical expertise and perform additional procedures in-house Technology Denticonpractice management software #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
