HR Generalist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced a HR Generalist This is a temp to hire position starting at $22 an hour DOE.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers while ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  
  



• 
  Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HRIS records.
  
  



• 
  Support employee relations and assist with resolving workplace concerns.
  
  



• 
  Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  
  



• 
  Process personnel changes, employment documents, and employee records.
  
  



• 
  Assist with performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
  
  



• 
  Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
  
  



• 
  Partner with managers to support workforce planning and HR best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  
  



• 
  2+ years of Human Resources experience.
  
  



• 
  Knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
  
  



• 
  Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  
  



• 
  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
