You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Miami. You'll be working directly with our owners and senior leadership to launch a new concept. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents and help build a brand! The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including hiring/staffing, training, financial/P&L. Responsibilities Constant Improvement of FOH operations Store-level recruitment Manage Inventory Manage Employee Schedules Enforcing all standards of service Qualifications 5+ years of progressive hospitality experience required Strong food and beverage knowledge Outstanding Service Skills Know how to be serious and passionate about your work while having fun.
