Alencar Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Front Office Business Assistant to join our friendly and patient-focused team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This front desk position combines administrative responsibilities with providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Our office is fast-paced, supportive, and team-oriented, making it a great environment for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a dynamic setting. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous dental or medical front office experience Experience with: Insurance verification and processing Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Managing a multi-line phone system Providing outstanding customer service A positive, professional, and welcoming personality Strong organizational and communication skills A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with our practice Language Communication: English, Portuguese and Spanish preferred Schedule Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour lunch break) Candidates must be available to work this schedule.
