Embedded Controls Engineering

you will... Work with Embedded team at customer site to provide support on Rockwell technology. Support our customer and field personnel with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in person. Complete automation projects involving PLC's, HMI's and other Rockwell technology to meet customer requirements. Experience the responsibilities of an Embedded Field Support Engineer in Motions & Controls to learn how they approach troubleshooting in their respective area of work. Manage customer interactions by setting expectations, capturing the issue, resolution and steps taken to troubleshoot, and following up with customers in a timely manner.
