What You'll Do

• Assemble small medical device components using detailed work instructions
• Work with plastic tubing and other precision parts
• Perform bonding and assembly processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Follow all clean room, safety, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or medical device experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed work
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain consistent quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Work Environment

This position is performed in a clean room environment with strict quality standards. Company-provided PPE is required, and employees must follow policies regarding jewelry, hair coverings, cosmetics, and other personal items to maintain product quality.

Overtime may be available based on production needs and can include extended weekday hours or occasional Friday work (typically ending around noon).
