• New patient intake and orientation
• Facilitates orientation groups with patients
• Conducts group sessions for all patients
• Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA
• Provides Case Management
• Documentation in patient medical recordRequirements:
• Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LCADC
• License or certification, clean and active
• Minimum one-year experience in substance abuse
• Experience conducting group sessions
• Flexibility and willingness are great attributesSchedule:
• Full Time; Monday - Friday
• 9:30AM - 6:00PMCompensation:
• Hourly rate competitive with experience and locationFull time employees may be eligible for the following:

• $25,000.00 Basic Life Insurance
