Senior HR Analyst

Responsibilities: Provide HR Support for all Noise Consulting Group's company operations - US, India, Philippines and other worldwide locations as the company expands. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Prepare, validate and run Payroll - pay, state and federal taxes, expenses, bonus', etc. Weekly and Monthly validation of timesheets and invoices. Work with Vendors on contracts and invoices. Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update human resource documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms. Develop and implement training initiatives that support the brand, culture and philosophy. Provides administrative support on all personnel matters Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, etc. Assist with on/off boarding of employees including scheduling and conducting of new hire employee orientation Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks Assists with processing of terminations and preparation of annual employee performance review forms. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by management. Performs clerical, admin functions. Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Assist with recruiting activities, as needed - identify and source candidates through internal and external channels, including continuous review of resumes, networking, cold calling, reaching out to passive candidates, to ensure hiring managers are provided with a pool of highly qualified talent. Select qualified job applicants and/or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate Required Skills: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, IT, HR or equivalent experience required. Must have knowledge of labor laws in India and US. Minimum 3 years' experience working with US clients Minimum 3 years experience HR roles Strong process driven individual. Very strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization skills. Logical thinker. Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, multi task and identify creative solutions in an ever changing environment. Proficient computer skills with MS, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Salesforce experience a plus. Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic ambassador of the company. Ability to multi-task; be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
