Senior HR Generalist - Onsite, Temp-to-Perm with High-Volume Recruiting

Ascendo-Resources is assisting a mission-driven nonprofit in Long Island City, NY, to hire a Sr. HR Generalist for a 3+ month, temp-to-perm assignment. This 100% onsite role offers $35–$45/hr and a Mon–Fri schedule, starting immediately. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, handle employee relations and high-volume recruiting for 11–13 roles plus internships, support onboarding/offboarding and benefits, assist payroll using Paychex HCM, and maintain HR records and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo-Resources
