What You’ll Do: Run the day‑to‑day engine of Noise, making sure creators and brands are constantly moving and nothing gets stuck Handle a constant flow of real‑time issues, questions, approvals, edge cases, and operational problems across the platform Be the person who jumps on problems first and doesn’t let go until they’re fully solved Work directly with brands and creators on both sides of the marketplace and keep them successful, active, and productive Operate in the middle of everything: product, growth, creators, brands Turn chaos into structure by figuring out better ways to do things as we scale Make fast decisions and take action without waiting for perfect information Act like an owner. If something is broken or inefficient, you fix it or find someone who can 0–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment (startup, operations, support, product, or technical role) Highly resourceful and self‑directed. You figure things out quickly without waiting for instructions Strong problem‑solver who enjoys digging into messy, ambiguous issues Comfortable with technical systems: you don’t need to be a full engineer, but you can think logically and debug problems Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and fast when working with users and internal teams Thrive in high‑speed environments where priorities shift and new problems appear daily High ownership mindset.
