Florence, SC Summary : The main function of a program manager is to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and deliver beneficial change. A typical program manager is responsible for managing the program's budget, timeline, resources, staff, and delivering expected business value and outcomes. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program. Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams. Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations. Skills Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities. Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program's framework. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively.
