Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new relationships within the Waldorf community to expand our local reach.

Meet with potential clients to understand their unique financial protection needs and goals.

Design customized insurance solutions that offer meaningful security for families and businesses.

Participate in local community events and networking groups to build a visible, trusted presence for The Atlantic District.

Manage your own pipeline, ensuring every lead receives consistent, high-quality care.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product suite to provide clear, helpful advice to every person you meet.

Requirements

Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.

Previous experience in consultative sales or client relationship management.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face networking and community engagement.

Ability to organize a daily schedule and manage client follow-ups independently.

Strong proficiency in digital organization tools and insurance-specific software.

Previous background in market expansion or local territory building.
