Service Desk Analyst
Join our team as a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst in Mexico, where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage user access, troubleshoot various devices, and log interactions in our ticketing system, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as account administrator and manage user access and tickets.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and networks.
- Log all interactions in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution with excellent customer service.
- Follow up with users to confirm satisfaction.
- Pursue training, certifications, and ongoing learning.
- Participate in special projects to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor preferred.
- 1–2 years in technical support or service desk preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
- ITIL familiarity is a plus; able to work independently and with others.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
