If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development./ppAs the Pre-Analytical Services Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of routine activities associated with receipt of clinical specimens./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliAssisting with receipt of consignments and shipments, opening of shipments and the quality check of patient info forms./liliEscalating incorrect, missing information, or damaged shipments to senior level staff./liliDisposing and/or recycling of kit shipping supplies correctly./liliEnsuring specimens are not left in kit packaging by conducting a secondary check of shipping materials./liliSupporting and responding to after-hour alarms and/or other job critical functions./liliAssisting in maintenance of equipment, supply inventory functions, and general cleanup of workstations./liliPerforming various administrative duties as required./liliHandling receipt of compounds and control material and following safety procedures./li/ulpWhat We Are Looking For:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent Required./liliOr equivalent combination of education, training, and experience./li/ulpThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:/pulliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
