Job Description: Program Manager – AI Agency EVERSANA’s AI Agency redefines how life sciences brands plan, create, and activate omnichannel marketing. As Program Manager, you are the operational backbone of client engagements within the AI Agency. This delivery leadership role owns the execution of complex, multi‑workstream engagements from kickoff through sustained performance. You translate client objectives and strategic plans into executable project plans, manage resources and timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure client value is delivered on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead project planning for new engagements, translate statements of work into clear milestone‑driven plans, build and maintain work‑back schedules, and run daily stand‑ups and milestone reviews. Cross‑Functional Team Coordination Act as the central coordination point for strategy, creative, activation, platform engineering, and external vendor teams. Facilitate seamless handoffs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and advocate for resource adjustments. Client Communication & Expectation Management Serve as client point of contact for status, timelines, and delivery coordination. Lead kick‑offs, check‑ins, milestone reviews, and retrospectives; manage expectations around scope and trade‑offs; surface and elevate risks and scope changes early. Scope & Budget Management Track project‑level budgets and resource utilization, monitor hours vs. budget, flag financial risks, manage scope boundaries, and convert scope changes into formal change orders. Process Improvement & Delivery Excellence Identify inefficiencies, contribute to standardized delivery frameworks, lead post‑project retrospectives, and partner with operations to evolve tools and best practices. Risk Management & Problem Solving Anticipate risks, build contingency plans, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions under pressure while escalating as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or program management within pharma, life sciences, healthcare marketing, or agency environments. Track record of delivering complex, multi‑workstream client engagements on time and on budget. Experience managing cross‑functional teams in a client delivery environment. Working knowledge of pharma commercialization and marketing operations, including brand strategy, omnichannel campaign development, content workflows, regulatory review processes, and compliance requirements. Project budget management, resource utilization tracking, and P&L accountability experience. Prior experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment requiring adaptation and process building. Skills & Capabilities Delivery operator – break complex scope into executable plans with clear owners and success criteria. Coordination expert – orchestrate multiple teams, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously. Clear communicator – run client meetings confidently and craft concise status updates. Scope guardian – hold that line with clients and teams. Problem solver under pressure – assess situations, build options, and keep the team moving forward. Process builder – create lightweight systems that improve predictability without adding bureaucracy. Stay current on AI and martech developments, form opinions about what works and what doesn’t. Experiment before permission and demonstrate AI‑generated solutions to skeptical clients.
