At Ace Designs, we love what we do! For over 35 years, we have been in the retail display business where we have established an outstanding reputation for quality and service. Our clients range from large retail chains to smaller boutiques, which allows us to accommodate projects big and small. We are looking for a part-time controller to work with our bookkeeper to oversee financial statements including balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is an onsite position three days a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Review of expenses
- Approve payables
- Review invoicing
- Prepare monthly P&L
- Review insurance
- Review sales commissions
- Manage Cash Flow
- Familiarity with payroll and related processes (experience with Paycor and ACA reporting is a plus)
- Assist management with important financial decisions
- Monitor the company’s financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs and maximize profits
