# SUD CounselorUSD 22.80 - 33.27 Hourly|Outpatient in 175 College St, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3432, United StatesFull Time* Provides individual and group counseling, and discharge planning as appropriately required.* Provides risk assessment and connection to care.* Prepares customer treatment plans and reviews goals & objectives identified in the treatment plan within designated time frames and in accordance with customer needs.* Treats all customers professionally, generally able to individualize counseling strategies to meet the unique characteristics of the customer.* Maintains cooperative relationships with all referral sources and community resources.* Aware of and follows federal and state laws and agency guidelines regarding the confidentiality of client records.* Maintains record compliance within agency requirements and standards utilizing electronic/hard copy record formats.* Provide services using resiliency, recovery focused, and evidence-based treatment.
