Position Medication Partner Position Type Part Time Location Mentor, Ohio Salary $21 per hour Shift Schedule Thursday 7:00pm to 11:00pm Responsibilities Be an advocate of empathy: responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Be an engaged egghead: curious, ask questions, seek development, growth, and training. Ensure proper administration of medication. Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping. Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Appropriately certified per state guidelines with active, good‑standing certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Professional appearance and conduct. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Active: ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Criminal background clearance. Good health, physically and mentally capable; health screening within six months or seven days of employment; free of pulmonary tuberculosis at screening and annually thereafter.
