Jones Networking is recruiting a Temporary Bilingual Receptionist to join a law firm in Charlotte, NC, to provide maternity leave coverage. The schedule is 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Position Summary for the Bilingual Legal Receptionist:

- Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming first impression.

- Answer and screen incoming calls in a fast-paced office environment.

- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and callers.

- Prepare mailings and marketing materials.

- Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.

- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.

- Organize client files, including medical records and bills.

- Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems.

- File, copy, scan, and manage legal documents.

Qualifications Summary for the Bilingual Legal Receptionist:

- At least 1 year of front desk and/or administrative experience in a professional office environment

- Fluency in both Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, and writing

- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience organizing and maintaining legal files and documents

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology

- High school diploma or equivalent required
