Senior Firmware Engineer

Senior Firmware Engineer – Audio Hardware Engineering Logitech is looking for a highly skilled Senior Firmware Engineer to join our Audio Hardware Engineering team focusing on consumer gaming headsets and speakers. Responsibilities Analyze, design, enhance, program, debug, and optimize firmware for microcontroller solutions. Lead development and implementation of firmware solutions, overseeing design, testing, and documentation. Manage firmware projects from concept through completion. Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of firmware engineers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration with hardware and software solutions. Ensure firmware designs are optimized for efficiency and performance. Drive innovation in firmware development processes and tools. Troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware issues. Maintain documentation and adhere to industry standards and best practices. Interface with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies. Ensure firmware meets all regulatory and compliance requirements. Qualifications Extensive experience in firmware development and engineering. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor other engineers. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements. Experience with embedded systems and real‑time operating systems (RTOS). Compensation Annual base salary: $130,000 – $190,000.
