Job Responsibilities Lead partnership launches to achieve market positioning, packaging, pricing, and customer targeting objectives Manage third‑party campaign execution including tracking implementation to ensure campaign effectiveness Develop monetization strategies for measurement and insights products in collaboration with management Collaborate with sales teams to define strategic partnerships, use cases, and key performance indicators for campaign measurement Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) 4‑7 years Advertising technology, specifically digital marketing measurement (Preferred) 4‑7 years Partnerships, solutions and/or partner management experience, supporting sales in the development of measurement strategies for advertising clients (Preferred) 4‑7 years Experience working with advertising measurement such as brand surveys, location lift, sales lift, and validation/brand safety (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Business Analysis (Required) Business Development (Required) Communication (Required) Data Analysis (Required) Digital Marketing (Required) Negotiation (Required) Partnership Management (Required)Relationship Management (Required) Stakeholder Management (Required) Strategic Thinking (Required) Additional Requirements At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: Yes DOT Regulated Position Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Base Pay Range $103,700 - $187,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% Equal Opportunity Employer T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
