Epic MyChart Analyst

To support an organization's clinical application systems, the full-time remote Epic MyChart Analyst will plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical software applications while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities Plans, designs, and maintains clinical application software, ensuring optimal utilization Consults with users to assess current procedures and clarify application needs and objectives Delivers post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and system enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Epic MyChart certification required 7+ years of related experience with in-depth clinical application knowledge Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical application workflows Ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with cross-functional teams
