Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: ER Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ER setting License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in an ER setting - BLS certification (AHA only) - ACLS certification (AHA only) - PALS certification (AHA only) - TNCC certification - EPIC charting experience Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse with specialization in Emergency Room nursing. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER setting. The RN will provide emergency care to a diverse patient population. The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 in the unit. The department features a total of 43 beds and treats a high volume of patients daily. Nurses will work closely with a collaborative team to facilitate patient care. Staff members include both newer professionals and experienced nurses. The environment fosters positive working relationships among healthcare providers. The completion of required certifications is mandatory for this role. The position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule, primarily during the day. Mandatory attendance and participation in orientation is expected for all new hires.
