Global Director, Digital Health Solutions Enterprise Accounts

Abbott seeks a Global Director to lead enterprise account strategy and growth for its Digital Health Solutions portfolio across multinational healthcare systems and government organizations worldwide. The role focuses on executive relationship management, digital transformation strategy, and significant revenue growth across complex global accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global enterprise account strategies to expand Digital Health Solutions across major healthcare systems and strategic accounts
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite healthcare leaders including CEOs, CIOs, and CMIOs
- Lead complex multi-year digital transformation strategies delivering clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
- Drive sales execution, pipeline management, and contract negotiations for enterprise agreements across multiple countries
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure solution deployment and expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years leadership experience in digital health, healthcare IT, informatics, or enterprise software
- Demonstrated success managing global enterprise accounts with multinational healthcare customers
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives with healthcare executives
- Expertise negotiating complex, multi-year enterprise agreements and strategic partnerships
- Ability to lead matrixed organizations and influence across global teams
- Track record of achieving revenue growth, account expansion, and customer retention
Compensation: $149,300–$298,700 base
