Job Specifications: + Starting Wage: $9.30/hr - $10.81/hr + If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips (Add this bullet only for tipped roles) + Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 + Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available + Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age + Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: + Make connections with guests and co-worker + Share our passion for the mountains during service + Follow the leadership's guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting + Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests + Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly + Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday + Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent) + Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: + We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary + Desire to learn and grow + Must be able to communicate fluently in English + Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs The expected pay range is $9.30/hr - $10.81/hr.
