THE ROLE

The Regional Operations Specialist is a support focused role designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented. The right candidate takes satisfaction in making the people and processes around them run smoothly. In this role, you will partner directly with a Regional Operations Manager to coordinate projects, organize operations, prepare reports, support recruiting logistics, coordinate fleet maintenance, and manage the operational details that keep a growing business on track.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Self Motivation and the ability to push through work pressures Must be able to report to the office daily; this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
