Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a growing, entrepreneurial company seeking a Staff Accountant to support both corporate and franchise accounting operations. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable processes, including collecting franchise licensing fees and royalty payments Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor payments Support month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting Maintain and oversee multiple sets of books Respond to accounting and payment‑related questions from franchise partners Process and track franchise fees, royalties, and related accounting activity Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily accounting operations Assist with process improvement initiatives as the company continues to scale Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership and operations teams Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience preferred Experience managing multiple entities/books Strong understanding of AR and AP processes Experience assisting with month‑end close Proficiency with QuickBooks Online Comfortable working in a growing, fast‑paced environment Startup or small/mid‑sized company experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Ferretti Search
