Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with clients by employing empathy, active listening, and professional guidance.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that align with the clients’ treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
