Payroll AnalystThe Payroll Analyst supports the accurate and timely processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple entities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience using ADP Workforce Now.Key Responsibilities:Process multi-company weekly and biweekly payrolls in accordance with deadlinesVerify timesheets and payroll data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with managersReview new hires, terminations, and employee changes for payroll accuracyTroubleshoot and resolve ADP-related issues; process manual checks and correctionsGenerate payroll reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end)Upload pension, union, and benefits files (e.g., Transit/FSA)Train users on ADP Time & Attendance systemPrepare and upload payroll journal entries and allocations to accounting systemSupport cash flow tracking, contract claims, financial reporting, and auditsPerform reconciliations between ADP and accounting systemsEnsure compliance with tax filings and wage reportingProvide excellent support to employees and HR on payroll-related questionsParticipate in special projects and support senior management as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2–3 years of payroll experience (nonprofit and/or union payroll preferred)Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Adobe AcrobatStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentTeam-oriented with a professional and customer-focused approach
