Collaborative Interdisciplinary Team Miami, Florida Start Date: 5/4/26 End Date: 8/3/26 Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals. Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and mobility interventions. Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and overall functional independence. Provide patient and caregiver education regarding mobility and home exercise programs.
