Jitters Cafe Inc, located in the heart of Melrose, MA, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do As our FOH Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our cafe runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the Front of House team to deliver top-notch service.
- Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Overseeing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Training and mentoring team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock management to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other departments to maintain a cohesive workflow.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
