Are you passionate about leading technology projects and delivering innovative solutions to clients? We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are achieved.
Meet with clients to understand business needs, gather project requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate project requirements and coordinate project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and project milestones.
Manage project resources and oversee day-to-day project activities.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct project closeout activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Additional Skills

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
