Associate Electrical Engineer - Transmission and Distribution

We’re looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer with 3–6 years of T&D experience, a solid electrical engineering foundation, and the drive to excel in a fast paced, highly autonomous environment. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to take ownership of impactful work, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Design and analyze transmission and distribution line structures Use PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or similar tools to model and evaluate loading Support construction documents—plan & profile drawings, loading trees, equipment specs, and reports Perform calculations, modeling, and field data reviews Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality Assist with site visits, field assessments, and engineering evaluations Participate in project meetings and client coordination Document work clearly and contribute to project deliverables Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others.
