Position: Internal Medicine Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $130–$180/hour Location: Remote Duration: Ongoing Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from Internal Medicine practice. Focus on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance. Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality. Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics. Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior . Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions. Qualifications Must-Have Attending physicians: Board certified with current, active, unrestricted medical license. Resident physicians: In final year of residency; recent graduates must be board-eligible .
