Accounting Associate Assist accountants and auditors with bookkeeping, clerical duties, and managing accounts Resolve outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and clients Process, record, and pay invoices, bills, and other transactions Record fiscal transactions, balance and reconcile accounts Assess all payment applications for appropriate authorization Administrative Assistant Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail Greet and assist visitors Customer Service Representative Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services Open customer accounts by recording account information Maintain customer records by updating account information Manage large amounts of incoming calls Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media Graphic / UI Designer Marketing design involves creating unique collateral that flows with existing brand guidelines (e.g., white papers, reports, mailers, presentations) Packaging design communicates a brand's story through physical objects, creating memorable experiences and differentiating products UI design focuses on communicating functionality and intuitive human input, integrating with the UX as a detailed interactive component Provide excellent design skills with a strong portfolio Show strong interaction, communication, and presentation skills Marketing Associate Conduct market research to identify new opportunities Gather and analyze consumer behavior data Monitor competitors' marketing activities Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material Prepare regular sales forecasting reports Keep organized records of marketing metrics and campaign results Purchasing Assistant Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers Conduct market research to identify pricing trends Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices Warehouse Associate Welcome delivery trucks and receive shipments Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards Prepare all orders for shipment Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times Intern Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars Run general industry–related errands #J-18808-Ljbffr
