Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment. Job Summary The dealer is in charge of running the games played by our guests. For card games, they deal the cards used, take bets from players, and monitor suspicious behavior to prevent cheating. During gameplay, the dealer also manages the betting pot and pays out winnings after each hand. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has previous dealer experience.
