The incumbent will be responsible for processing contract transactions including reviewing subcontract and consultant vouchers for payment, organizing and maintaining documents, and will serve as a liaison to vendors and program staff. This role works closely with HRI’s Office of Sponsored Programs, the Office of Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Controller, and many New York State Department of Health programs.**Minimum Qualifications**Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience; OR four years of relevant experience.**Preferred Qualifications**Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365. Experience with reviewing vouchers, budget modifications, and/or contracts. Experience working within a not-for-profit corporation and/or with grant funding. Customer service experience.**Conditions of Employment**Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
