Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at LifeLine Ambulance Illinois. As an AP Clerk, you will be responsible for AP invoice entry and payments, month‑end accounting entries, daily cash entries, and miscellaneous accounting reports. If you have a strong background in accounting and excellent MS Office skills, we would love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities AP invoice entry and payments Month‑end accounting entries Daily cash entries Miscellaneous accounting reports Other duties as assigned Requirements Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Must Have: Microsoft Office products, including Excel Detail‑oriented and organized Familiarity with Excel and resourceful Experience in finance or AP Experience Experience with accounts payable or light accounting is preferred, and additional training will be provided.
